Recuperator Design

Recuperator helps to recover 85% of the sensible heat from flue gases. It provides additional benefits as better combustion efficiency, higher furnace output and lesser emissions. A sophisticated design software computes the engineering data, hourly heat recovery and projected energy saving before construction.

Furnace Tuning

Tuning of Air-fuel ratio (AFR) for burners is one of the simplest ways to get maximum efficiency out of fuel-fired process heating equipment such as furnaces, ovens, heaters and boilers. It is the mass ratio of air to fuel present in a combustion process. If exactly enough air is provided to completely burn all the fuel, this ratio is known as the stoichiometric mixture.

Periodic Checking

Resetting of AFR for burners, thermography of the installation, flue gas analysis and specific energy consumption analysis are the part of periodic checking. It helps to get maximum efficiency out of fuel-fired process heating equipment or to find out thermal leakage of equipment.
